What remains

As of today, most of the leaky slate roof has been stripped ....





Necessary structural repairs have been completed ...



And aside from a broken porch window, which is going to be fixed tomorrow, the only complication was an itty bitty ceiling collapse in the upstairs half bath (the one where the pipe burst in 2007), which resulted in the appearance of a skylight where none had been planned ...



which has already been repaired.

In fact, so far the only major surprise has been a good one ....



But I think this one deserves a post of its own.
